The difference between love and friendship :)

Love is a strong pull towards someone irrespective of whether it is right or wrong or how the person behaves or treats you. You may love someone who neglects you, hurts you, uses you, cheats on you or is violent towards you. You often wish you did not have these feelings for them as you would be better off without them.

Love within a one to one relationship is about a very special closeness, which usually includes passion, lust and romance. If both of the people involved feel that special feeling towards the other they are in love with each other. If they also feel they are compatible and have a lot in common and are on the same wavelength, with total honesty, they have the beginning of what could turn out to be a great relationship; so long as they both work hard at it.

 Friendship

is where you like someone but are not in love with them and do not fancy them. A woman can have a male friend that she enjoys going out with and chatting to, but would never in a million years wish to kiss in a sexual way. Friendship is more laid back than love. You might have a best friend who is important to you and contributes towards making your life happier, yet where you do not see them much. Perhaps you keep in touch with emails, phone or texts, but the fact that the closeness is there is the main thing. You do not need them to take up a large slice of your time to be happy.

Love would mean that you would miss them and feel incomplete when you are apart from them. You would try harder to be with them and spend time with them and feel uncomfortable or sad when this cannot be. Love is a very special feeling which you only have for one person. You may have lots of friends and you may well value them all very much, but this person you love is the person you cherish above all of your friends. You value that relationship with the one you love the most and want to be with them the most. They are th eone you wish to do special things with and plan a future with. You would make sure you spend a lot of time with them, if possible, and plan to marry them, live with them or see them a great deal. You would do anything within your power to make sure that nothing parts you., Whether this be another person, a job, moving or other circumstances you can make decisions about and control. This person is your other half. The person you think of when you wake up and think of when you go to sleep.

1. The naked dwarf: Known as the "Portrait of Dwarf Morgante," the subject was a court jester, part of the Medici court in the Florentine Renaissance.

he paintings were grouped into a two-sided canvas, providing onlookers with a front- and rear-view.

Originally painted by Agnolo di Cosimo, better known as Bronzino, around 1553 with a full frontal view, the portrait was altered during the 18th century to hide the subject's private parts.

2. Why booze makes everyone look attractive: A study found that a few drinks can affect the way you look at a person. Alcohol can inhibit our ability to detect asymmetry in faces. Symmetry is an important aspect of what makes a face attractive.

The study further suggests that men were less prone to losing their symmetry-detecting ability when intoxicated than women.

3. Women like to cozy up after sex: A study published this year in The Journal of Sex Research found that women usually want intimacy after a roll in the hay.

A cozy chat, a caress and other bonding behaviours are what women prefer after sex.

Men, on the other hand, typically want a drink, a smoke-anything that will increase the chances of a second encounter.

But in long-term relationships, both genders think it's equally important to say, "I love you," after sex.

4. Note to all single men out there: Wear more red - According to a study published this year in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, women are more attracted to men wearing red and find them more sexually desirable.

When around the scent, these cats would repeatedly sniff the source of the smell, lingering around its origin. One pair of jaguars even shows some very rarely seen mating behaviour, so the smell seems to turn these animals on.

7. Frogs sing during sex: Frogs apparently like to hear something smooth when they're in their groove, according to research published in the journal Animal Behaviour.

In fact, some female frogs are known to sing during sex. The rhythmic click calls of the females are so attractive to males that they move rhythmically back and forth whenever they hear these calls during mating.

The song seems to turn the males on, according to the research.

9. Why men cheat: The answer is there's no one answer, according to Helen Fisher, a biological anthropologist at Rutgers University.

Fisher divides the brain into three systems: the sex drive, the desire for romantic love and attachment.

Because these systems don't necessarily need to work together, "the brain is, alas, built to enable us to love more than one person at a time," Fisher explained.

However, because we all have a different biological map, according to Fisher, some are more susceptible to cheating behaviour than others.

10. Long before human ancestors began pairing up, fish were having sex: Fossils of extinct fish from the genus Materpiscis found in the Gogo Formation of Western Australia suggest that sexual intercourse began as early as 410 million years ago.

Researchers made this connection after discovering a 380-million-year-old female specimen that still retained a single embryo connected by an umbilical cord.

First Love…

 

Well, first of all I want to apologize for my english, I’m Ukrainian and still have problems with english language….

My story is difficult and strange…noone can understand it . So do I. …As usually it begins with bright memories, which never happens again…

It happend one year ago. I was surfing in internet,  facebook…simple day! Suddenly he adds me….Unfortunately we never know what we’ll feel after some time of communicating with some person. But as usually I added unknown person in facebook, he was arab…he wasn’t perfect, he wasn’t handsome really … moreover, a year ago I could say that arabs are fake people because they all want just sex from russian and ukrainian girls…and it’s really true but it’s not about him….

So we started to chat in facebook like other millions people in the world, i was a little agressive to him. He was ready to delete me but he didn’t …. chatting lasted nearly month or so. He was just friend for me. That’s it. And I didn’t plan to meet him, even though he lived in my city not far from my house!

After this month we met…………..I can’t explain what I felt that time, it wasn’t love from the first sight!! But it was something that I can’t explain…..I was with my friend that time because I’m scared of such meetings he could be pervert or something like that.. But I understood something important…that he looked at me so gently, he cared about me a lot. … I’m telling this with tears in my eyes…. because nobody and never cared about me so much…but that time i didn’t realise it…I didn’t…. So days passed and we met again and again….i was scared of walking with him , that’s why I invited my friend(my classmate)…Of course this guy wished to walk only with me, but I was sure that he’ll huge me and so on….I didn’t wish it then…I was confused …really confused LIKE NOW….I was scared to begin relationship with him because i didn’t love him! But when he saw me his eyes were so bright and full of happiness!!

One rainy day we met again….. only two this time…..he hugged me and kissed in my cheek  softly…but my heart was quiet..unfortunately…..I told him this and said that I want to keep being friends. He said: don’t hurry ..don’t hurry.

Days passed , we walked together, gradually i began to like him ….. so I decided to tell about him my to mum…my mum didn’t say anything about him till i said that i like him and he likes me…..she shouted..Still she doesn’t want me to marry arabic guy -.- … so I just told it to him and said that we should to break up…he was quiet and didn’t speak for some minutes…i noticed that he all a bit was shaking…:’( omg!! even then he loved me so much….only after 3 monther of knowing me…we sat together in the park and were silent…5…10 …min my I felt that my heart hurts, really husts so badly, like it have never hurted soo much!! Damn! I just Hugged him and began to cry…………………..he said sop, stop, please stop crying, but I couldn’t, and nobody could stop this……

Days passed again, we walked together and my was angry too but we didn’t think of her…I was happy!

But it was almost summer time and he had to come back to Jordan , to his parents for 3 monthes. It wasn’t too difficult for me, I missed him but not very much, I didn’t love him enough then. So left Ukraine in June and came back in September. Seldom he wrote me messages in summer and he wrote that he misses me a lot :’)

He came back in the middle of  September…it was amazing meeting..!! I really was happy to see him again, we kissed for the first time that day….less hugs…less kisses ….less love….of course I loved him very much that time, and eventually I realised that I want to be his gf , I want to care about him….

…………………………but one day  he said we should be friends………………………………..that’s it………………………….. I screamed, I said that I can’t be friend to him…..I just can’t …………..omg………………..it hurts so much….but as usually he was quiet.

a month of silence……..and we met again, he asked me……..he kissed me again!!!! I was shocked

But he changed a lot …..maybe his love was less , his attention is different nowadays…………yes, we still friends…..but we kiss………I’m confused and I don’t know what to do, I love him. I love him even more than life and I wish him happiness…

We meet sometimes now, but it’s only once a week or more seldom………and we kiss , then silence ………..I tired so much……….and I don’t know what to do,

yesterday he said that he can stop communicating to me only because it will be better for me

i don’t know what to do…..i’m lost and i don’t understand why we met ? so hard………………..
